Rise of the Warriors is an annual tournament held in Australia. It is Australia's longest running tournament starting in 2007. It started off as the primary event for PWAQueensland with the first seven tournaments hosted by PWAQ. Rise 8 was hosted in Victoria by Gippsland Pro Wrestling, Rise 9 in AWF in Sydney and Rise 10 is scheduled to return to Queensland and will be hosted by Chaos Championship Wrestling. Plans are already in action to host Rise 11 in 2017 in Melbourne.
Rise of the Warriors 1 and 2 was contested by international star Chris Hero. Rise was created by Luke Davison, one of the founders of PWAQ. In 2010, PWAQ and the rights to Rise was sold to Andrew Venables who continues to run the tournament annually.
