Lilián Annette Garcia (born August 19, 1966) is a Puerto Rican-American singer and ring announcer. She is signed to WWE as a ring announcer. During her first stint in WWE, she became the first WWE Diva to remain with the promotion for ten years. Across her two tenures with WWE she was the lead Ring Announcer for both Raw and SmackDown.
